I haven’t listened to Rhymefest in a while, he used to be one of my most listened to emcees. It’s funny how fickle we can be with our music sometimes. Not saying that there’s anything is wrong with Rhymefest, he is really dope, it’s just some other cats caught my attention I guess.
I’m actually enjoying this album so far, I wanted to play another song, but I can’t find the song “Where is Danny” from the Album Where is Danny. Anyways, I’m feeling this cd so far. I may actually do an album review for this one later. Check out his album.

One of my most favorite songs of all time, no matter how bad I ever get down in life, this song picks me back up. That is the power of music.
Classic track by Del the Funky Homosapien. The beat is so gritty and the lyrics are so stellar as only Del could do it. It’s like he’s battling a ghost, and the ghost is getting served. “lyrics lacerate and slit your throat”
Maybe my issues are not your issues, but everyone has to sleep and everybody carries weight. You can’t escape regret, but you might regret escape. If you closed your eyes and held it would you recognize the shape?

Almost 10 years, and this song is still so dope. I don’t think the relevancy in this song will ever dissapear.
